Please scan and email your application to kristin@tnbuylocal.com or mail it to the address listed on the application.

Your membership fee will automatically post to your credit/debit card on the 1st of every month. Your TN Buy Local Membership will be activated as soon as we receive your application. If your application is received between the 1st and 15th of the month, you will be charged for that month. If we receive your application after the 15th, we will not bill your card until the 1st of the following month.
